On November 29, 2011, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Department of Highways held a public meeting on the proposed replacement of the Robinson Road bridge.1 The new span would be 350-feet long with two 10-foot travel lanes and 4-foot shoulders. It would be be constructed downstream of the existing bridge. Right-of-way and utility relocation began in fall of 2012 and construction started in summer of 2013.1
