The Sugar Creek Bridge is located on Sugarcreek Drive over Sugar Creek in Venango County, Pennsylvania.
Designed by Karl A. Miller, the Pratt through truss was constructed in 1920 by the Groton Bridge Company of Groton, New York. 1
Sugar Creek Bridge was closed in June 2016 for rehabilitation by Allison Park Contractors of Gibsonia. 2 During the project, the 97-year-old bridge was disassembled, relocated to another location, sandblasted and galvanized before being reassembled. New concrete bridge approach slabs were poured. It reopened on February 17, 2017.
