Shelby Street Bridge

The Shelby Street Bridge, also called the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge, is a truss bridge over the Cumberland River in Nashville, Tennessee.

The Shelby Street crossing opened on July 5, 1909.


It was originally opened on July 5, 1909, and was reopened as a pedestrian bridge on August 3, 2003.
