The East Fork Greenbrier River Bridge carries County Route 250/2 over the East Fork Greenbrier River in Durbin, West Virginia.

The Pratt through truss, with Phoenix columns, was built by the Phoenix Bridge Company of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania in 1895.
