The Little Chickamauga Creek Bridge carried the Hocking Valley Railroad over Little Chickamauga Creek near Gallipolis, Ohio.
The Little Chickamauga Creek Bridge was built in 1903 by the Mt. Vernon Bridge Company. The crossing replaced one from October 1880 when the predecessor, the Ohio & West Virginia Railway, finished the line from Logan to Gallipolis.
The Hocking Valley Railroad’s ultimate successor, CSX Transportation, abandoned the line in 1992 when a mine at Minerton closed, and the tracks were removed in 1993. The Gallipolis to Mills and Kerr to Bidwell segments of the old railroad were later converted into the Gallia County Hike & Bike Trail.
