The Rossman Railroad Bridge is an abandoned bridge dating to about 1890 that spans Clifty Creek in Bartholomew County, Indiana.

The crossing was first built in 1847 by the Madison & Indianapolis Railroad, which operated 85.8 miles between Madison and Indianapolis. The line was sold at foreclosure on March 27, 1862, and renamed the Indianapolis & Madison Railroad. The Jeffersonville, Madison & Indianapolis Railroad (JM&I) was organized on April 30, 1866, to consolidate the Indianapolis & Madison and the Jeffersonville railroads. It absorbed the Indianapolis & Madison on May 1 and the Jeffersonville on June 1.

In 1890, the JM&I was consolidated with other lines to form the Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Chicago & St. Louis Railway, which later became part of the Pennsylvania Railroad (PRR) system. The PRR eventually became part of Penn Central, which entered bankruptcy in 1970.

Conrail assumed control of Penn Central and other bankrupt railroads in 1976 and abandoned a 16.8-mile section between North Vernon and Rossman, south of Columbus.
