The Echo Bridge carries County Route 52/49 (Old Twelvepole Road) over the West Fork of Twelvepole Creek in Wayne County, West Virginia. The Pratt through truss was constructed in 1922 as State Bridge No. 811 for US Route 52. 1
Following the abandonment of the Norfolk & Western Railroad Twelvepole Line between Lenore and Wayne in 1933, the railbed was reused as a new alignment for US Route 52. The Echo Bridge was redesignated as County Route 52/49 to serve Rocky Hollow.
