The Lloydsville Arch Bridge is located over a branch of Wheeling Creek along the National Road in Belmont County, Ohio.



The Lloydsville Arch Bridge is located over a branch of Wheeling Creek along the National Road in Belmont County, Ohio. The stone closed-spandrel arch bridge was constructed in 1826 and remained part of the main road until 1940, when it was bypassed by a modern two-lane alignment. 1

The original National Road alignment is now part of County Highway 40B. The bridge was rehabilitated in 2015. 1
