Kirker Covered Bridge

Kirker Covered Bridge

The Kirker Covered Bridge carried OH Route 136 over East Fork Eagle Creek in Adams County, Ohio.

Built in 1890, the covered multiple Kingpost through truss was renovated and reinforced with steel rods in 1950. When it was bypassed in 1974, the Kirker Covered Bridge was the second-to-last span of its type on the Ohio state highway system.
